The CHAIRMAN has the overall responsibility for HSE management and giving equal priority to HSE along with other business issues, and provisions of adequate resources.
The management believes that effective management of Health, Safety and Environmental issues is fundamental to success, and it is therefore committed to continually improve the performance of the HSE management.

We, Skyline Modern Contracting (SMC) is a Construction Contractor in the State of Qatar are committed to completely fulfill our customer needs and expectations based on the scope of our obligations and with a sense of responsibility to our employees, to the environment, and to the society.
It is our aim to provide quality products and services that meets our Clients requirements in conformance with generally accepted workmanship and prevailing codes of engineering practice according to legal and statutory regulations without compromising the profitability of our company in an orderly and consistent way which will be our benchmark to continued growth and journey to excellence.
